Yeah, that's right. Actually uploaded it like two hours EARLY this time. Trying to walk a thin line between not rushing the plot along too much, and getting to the next chapter (since this one dragged a little more than I thought it was going to, nevermind the month hiatus right in the middle of it).

Also, the next one's gonna be long. We're talkin' like, #9 long. Just thought I'd toss the heads up.

Well, they did know there were Piranha Plants involved. Makes sense to bring anti-plant stuff.

Really liking how the Capt. just knows what to do. "Crazy Resourceful"... I agree. Like Batman... or perhaps... like MacGuyver, just so happening to have that rather important "shoelace, paperclip, rubber band, two eggs, and a slinky" combo lying around.

I kinda feel dialogue could be somewhat improved. n.n;; But what do I know?

Keep up the work friend.

Just read the whole comic so far. I subscribed by the second or third strip. Good job!

I now wonder ever so more what a Banzai Bill would be like.

Don't Herbicide also effect Fungi...
And Go is a Toadian (Is that right), which is a Mushroom...

Actually, fungicide is its own separate product. Most mushrooms will utterly ignore conventional herbicides. Some fungi can actually degrade herbicides (and similar pollutants) into less contaminated material.

At least, that's what I've gathered from a long night or two of internetting. Most of the answers I've stumbled onto were pretty set-in-stone, but I'm sure it would vary a little by the fungus and/or herbicide in question.

"A minute or two, maybe" is a long time. If it took Mario a minute or two to take fireform after consuming a flower...I very well might break my game in half.

Still-- I have high hopes for this rookie!
