I'll be glad when my work schedule gets back to normal. D: I'm not really fond of having to rush comics at the last second like this. My routine should be back into full gear after Saturday or so, so I won't be posting everything JUST IN THE NICK OF TIME~ like this.

Also, thanks for everyone's continued support. I've been getting alot of advice lately--some of it about the comic itself, some of it arooouuund the comic--and I really appreciate everything. That, and all the praise. I'm some sort of horrible attention monster and I gain sustenance from your enjoyment.

Guy's released, but he/she is going down headfirst with sharp scalpels in his/her hand. Somehow I think he/she will be OK, though.

Not being a Mario fan, other than occasionally playing the original arcade game and getting in some epic Mario Kart battles with my nephews years ago, is Palma some sort of plant-based being? That would explain the green hair.

I had a feeling..... part plant and all.

And I can't help but notice that Guy is conspicuously close enough to right guyself and jam those remaining scalpels into that crazy things eyes.... oh the gouging. Oh the suspense!

Well, I started reading this I guess about a week ago, and I'm REALLY enjoying this. And it's really nice to know you'll be going back to a regular schedule Saturday, it'll really be a load off of your back and you won't be as stressed out. Anyways, these last few pages concerning this Pirahna Plant have been great and I can't wait to see what we'll learn next chapter. :D

I bet this is going to continue through all the characters and each chapter we are going to learn a little bit more of each character and a lot about a certain one. Your comic is the perfect blend between story and visuals. It is awsome!

"Sessility to society" is a good line.

I was reading one of my favorite webcomics: Ensign Sue Must Die on interrobangstudios.com and saw the link for Mushroom Go.

I am sooooooo glad I followed the link! I'm addicted and can't wait for the next post!

The artistic style was a little hard to swallow at first, but now it's rough edges are one of my favorite parts of the comic! Great Job!

Check out my full review on my blog at http://observationsofben.blogspot.com/2010/09/mushroom-go.html

I was reading "It sucks to be weegie" on interrobangstudios.com and saw the banner. It was the "It's sort of a Mario comic" line that got me to click.

@ Oarboar

It is at time such as these that Wiki comes in handy.
I don't play the newer games either, so that's what I've been doing.

She is a Pianta. They're from the Gamecube game Super Mario Sunshine but they appear as cameos in a bunch of other mario games (usually as audience members of the sports games or Mario Kart). And yes, they are part plant since they have trees growing out of their heads. I think "pianta" might actually be Italian for plant. Alot of the words in that game were in Italian.

Oh, and I got hear from "sucks to be weegie" too.

OK, wow, I feel really stupid right now. I totally thought palma was a weird enemy from a Mario game. I did not think that she was a delfino resident at all. I feel soooooo stupid.
